Business Communication Skills: Keep everyone involved in a discussion

In a business meeting or during any business discussion, it's important to make sure that everyone contributes and gives his or her ideas.


In a meeting or discussion if some of the people haven't given their opinions, you can use the professional language above to encourage everyone to speak.

This language is polite and professional and it shows that you are willing to take a leadership role to make sure the meeting or discussion moves forward.

There are a number of different ways to ask someone to speak or contribute. If you are in a meeting or discussing something and you want to ask a few people to speak, try to use a different sentence. Try not to use the same sentence every time.
