Trainees learn the communication skills they need to actively participate in business conversations and discussions. They learn how to ask and handle questions professionally, how to clarify information and avoid misunderstandings. About the Program

This program is designed to cultivate a leadership communication style. The program consists of two courses and is designed for business professionals who work in or manage teams and for people who participate in and lead group discussions. The learning content focuses on developing team communication and facilitation skills.

Actively Participate in Discussions in English:
This course focuses on building and practicing 
problem-solving communication skills. Trainees learn to describe problems, propose and evaluate solutions and deal with recommendations. By the end of this course, trainees understand how to participate in and facilitate problem-solving team discussions.

 

Lead and Manage Discussions in English:

This course focuses on team-building communication skills. Trainees learn how to use business English and communication skills to lead a group discussion, to manage different viewpoints, to deal with conflict and to build consensus. By the end of this course, trainees understand how to facilitate business discussions in English.

 

By the end of this program, trainees understand how to use a leadership communication style to create a supportive environment, to encourage team work, group discussion and proactive problem solving. 

Business Meeting Skills in English

About this Program

This program builds business meeting leadership and facilitation skills and the ability to present persuasive ideas in business. The program consists of two courses.

Lead and Manage Productive Meetings in English

This course develops the leadership and facilitation skills needed to manage a productive meeting where objectives are clarified, discussion is focused and decisions are made. By the end of this course, trainees know how to begin effective meetings, how to guide the participants through the meeting and how to bring the meeting to a successful conclusion.

 

Present Persuasive Ideas in English

This course develops the communication skills needed to present persuasive ideas in business. Trainees learn how to structure ideas clearly, how to support their ideas and deliver them logically. By the end of this course, trainees know how to present ideas that gain the support and agreement of business colleagues.

About this Program

This training program prepares trainees to deliver a high-quality business presentation in English. The program consists of three courses and is designed for business professionals who deliver internal presentations or business presentations to clients or senior managers. 

Deliver Powerful Presentations in English

During this course, trainees learn what it takes to prepare and deliver a powerful presentation in English. They learn how to use English for presentations to get the attention of the audience at the beginning, how to leave the audience with a strong impression at the end and how to keep the audience engaged by guiding them through the presentation. 

How to Deliver your Presentation in English

In this course, trainees learn and practice presentation delivery techniques designed to emphasize key points in the presentation. They learn about and practice using English for presentations, using positive body language and using stress and pause to enhance the delivery of their presentation.

Advanced Presentation Techniques

This course focuses on building and practicing more advanced presentation delivery techniques using English for presentations. Trainees learn how to use speaking techniques used by experienced public speakers and presenters.   

 

By the end of this program, trainees understand how to organize and deliver a presentation using a variety of techniques that make the presentation engaging, interesting and that enhance the message. 

 

Present Business & Financial Data in English

About this Program

This program, which consists of three courses, is designed to provide managers, business leaders and financial professionals with the communication skills and financial English they need to describe, discuss and present business and financial data in English.

Use Graphs, Charts & Tables to Present Business Data:
This course shows trainees how to use financial English to describe business information on graphs, charts and tables. By the end of this course, trainees are able to use these data management tools to report on and present detailed business data in English. 

Describe Trends, Projections & Forecasts in English:

In this course, trainees learn to use financial English to describe business trends [change, stability & fluctuation]. They learn to discuss future projections and compare forecasts with actual results. By the end of this course, trainees are able to deliver detailed presentations about business data.

 

Describe and Analyze Business Facts & Figures

This course focuses on analysing business data in English. Trainees learn to highlight key data, to explain what it means, to compare data and to analyze spreadsheets. By the end of this course, they are able to use financial English to provide business financial analysis.

 

By the end of this program, trainees understand how to use data management tools to present business data, to describe future projections and to analyze key business data. 

Negotiation Skills in English

About this Program

This program consists of two courses and is designed for professionals who participate, in and take a leadership role in business discussions and negotiations. The learning content focuses on developing the communication skills and business English for negotiations needed to conduct successful negotiations.

Take the Lead in a Negotiation:
This course focuses on the communication skills and business English needed to begin a negotiation, to deal with proposals and pricing

This course focuses on the process of negotiating and moving towards an agreement. Trainees learn to identify obstacles, explore options, manage difficult issues and move toward agreement. The program consists of two courses and is designed for people who socialize with and entertain international colleagues or customers in English. The learning content focuses on developing business English and strong conversation management strategies.

This course focuses on understanding cross-cultural barriers to communication, understanding appropriate conversation topics and on building new relationships in social situations. Trainees learn how to make a positive impression, build rapport and avoid common conversation mistakes. By the end of this course, trainees know how to create meaningful and interesting conversations with international colleagues in English.

This course focuses on the process of creating and continuing a natural conversation in English. Trainees learn how to begin, continue and end a conversation naturally.
