Take the Lead in a Negotiation and, Negotiate Successfully in English. This program is designed to develop your communication skills, your professional language and to build the confidence you’ll need to take a leadership role in a business negotiation.

You’ll learn how to create a positive beginning, keep the discussion moving forward, manage difficulties, explore options and reach an agreement.

This course is designed for people who need to make deals, reach agreements and negotiate in a wide variety of business situations. Whether you are negotiating a large contract or trying to reach agreement with a vendor about pricing, this program will give you the language and communication skills you need to succeed. In fact, this program will benefit anyone who needs to make proposals, explore options and reach agreements at work

Take the Lead in a Negotiation

About the course

If you find it difficult to begin a negotiation, to deal with proposals or to handle pricing issues, this course will provide you with valuable communication skills and language. This course develops your ability to begin a successful negotiation by setting a positive tone, identifying key issues and clarifying the negotiation process.

You’ll develop your communication skills to deal with proposals. You'll learn how to make proposal during a negotiation and also how to deal with proposals. You'll gain confidence and learn how to manage proposals politely and professionally using effective communication skills so that the discussion keeps moving towards a positive outcome.

In this course, you'll also learn how to deal with a number of situations about pricing and how to use professional language to deal with different pricing issues.

About the course

This course will benefit you if you want to learn how to use professional language to move your negotiation towards a successful conclusion. The training content focuses on building your communication skills so that you can identify obstacles during a negotiation. You'll learn how to explore different options, manage difficult situations and make suggestions as you try to move forward during a negotiation. In this course, you'll also learn how to move toward a compromise and how to reach an agreement in your negotiation.

This course focuses on building your confidence by practicing using effective business communication skills and the professional language you need to discuss and finalize your agreement during a negotiation.
