Our Business Meeting Skills in English program consists of two courses, Lead Productive Meetings in English, and, Present Persuasive Ideas in English. This program is designed to help you lead meetings and to make you a more effective communicator so that you make an impact and have your ideas heard.

You’ll learn the facilitation skills and the professional business language you’ll need to lead a productive meeting. You’ll learn how to structure your meeting, how to guide your team through the meeting and how to end the meeting focusing on results.

Lead Productive Meetings in English

About this course

The most successful business meetings have clear objectives, the discussion stays focused on those objectives and the meeting results in decisions and clear follow-up actions.

Leading a productive meeting requires strong facilitation skills to guide the participants through the meeting, to direct the meeting and to makes sure the meeting stays focused on the objectives stated in the agenda.

In this course, you’ll learn the facilitation skills and the professional language you’ll need to set a professional tone at the beginning of the meeting. You'll learn how to provide leadership and guidance during the meeting and you learn how to end the meeting by highlighting progress, summarizing decisions and clarifying follow-up actions.

This course is designed to develop your professional business language and communication skills to present ideas that persuade others to listen, to agree and to take action based on what you’ve said.

You’ll learn to organize and present ideas that are logical and clear, how to support your ideas with facts, examples, personal stories and other techniques designed to create a powerful and compelling message. You’ll also learn how to manage interruptions and stay focused on your message.
